Nice hotel totally safe and comfortable stay. Tha hotel is near main road and have good parking space. Food quality too good and service also. Swimming pool also very clean and maintained. This place is best for all kind of people..........

This is a beautiful property. The location is wonderful, quickly and easily accessible. Neat and clean rooms with good amenities inside. The sleep quality was awesome. Nice buffet breakfast was served. Will be soon visiting with family.

Basic necessities like dental kit, towel and shower cap were not placed in rooms. Apart from that even on the day of the festival breakfast was not good. I have told the restaurant manager to prepare tea which he neither denied nor accepted just vanish..... not suggesting any one to stay here

Overall hotel is decent. My experience: Pro: (1) hotel location is good and you can get taxi within a minute once you are out of hotel. (2) Overall hotel is decently maintained and room size is good. Pool area is kept good. (3) housekeeping folks are usually good and prompt whenever you call them. Cons: (1) Rooms require renovation, specially bathroom - there is no separation for bath area which make whole bathroom dirty whenever used. (2) breakfast is too monotonous. We stayed for 3 days and all items are mostly same. (3) Reception manager Ajit was too arrogant. When we raised concern about very dirty washroom in hotel common area, rather getting it clean quickly, he was telling that he can't get clean quickly and kind of forcing us to use unhygienic washroom. He always kept saying arrogantly that we are totally sold, kind of excuse to not provide service. Hotel management need to train their reception.
